Privacy Policy & Legal Compliance Framework

Effective Date: October 2026 | Sata Pro Software Ecosystem

Legal Notice: This document serves as the absolute governing privacy framework for all users accessing Sata Pro, Trick Pro, and our associated digital tools. Accessing our platform constitutes your explicit consent to the data processing practices detailed in this manual.

1. Introduction and Operational Scope

Welcome to the official Privacy Policy of Sata Pro Software. We operate a highly technical digital ecosystem focused on providing advanced Blogger templates, custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript solutions, and technology news. We merged the legacy Trick Pro database into the Sata Pro infrastructure to unify our resources. During this database migration and brand restructuring, we recognized the absolute necessity of establishing a transparent, enterprise-grade privacy infrastructure. This document dictates exactly how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with our web properties.

We built this policy not as a generic template, but as a direct reflection of our actual operational architecture on the Blogger (Blogspot) platform and our integrated third-party cloud environments. Your privacy is a fundamental right. We do not engage in the unauthorized sale of user profiles, nor do we deploy hidden tracking algorithms intended to harvest your digital footprint without your explicit consent. Every data point we collect serves a specific, documented technical or security function.

2. Statutory and Regulatory Framework

Our data processing architecture, content moderation protocols, and user interaction systems operate strictly within the legal jurisdiction of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. We have engineered our compliance systems to align perfectly with the most recent legislative updates governing cyberspace, digital rights, and data protection.

We enforce strict adherence to the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 (effective from January 1, 2026) and its detailed implementation guidelines outlined within Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP. This legislation dictates the fundamental rights of the data subject and imposes rigid obligations on us as the data controller and processor. Our infrastructure also operates under the mandates of Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP concerning the foundational protection of personal data.

Because we provide internet services, host digital tools, and disseminate technology information, our operational boundaries are defined by Decree 147/2024/NĐ-CP regarding the management, provision, and use of Internet services and online information. When you utilize our comment sections, submit requests via our forms, or interact with our APIs, your electronic transactions are subject to Article 101 of Decree 15/2020/NĐ-CP (amended and supplemented by Decree 14/2022/NĐ-CP), which establishes administrative penalties for violations in postal services, telecommunications, radio frequencies, information technology, and electronic transactions.

We monitor our telecommunications integration and digital service delivery in accordance with Decree 17/2023/NĐ-CP and its subsequent amending and supplementing documents, expressly including Decree 134/2026/NĐ-CP.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Moderation

Sata Pro frequently distributes proprietary source code, Blogger themes (such as the Median UI and Plus UI customizations), and original technical documentation. We claim exclusive ownership over our original content. Your interaction with our intellectual property, as well as the content you submit to our platform, is governed by the Amended Intellectual Property Law No. 131/2025/QH15.

We have experienced severe instances of content theft, where our custom PWA integration codes and specific UI enhancements were cloned and monetized on third-party forums without attribution. Consequently, we employ aggressive monitoring to protect our assets. If you upload, share, or submit content in our comment sections that infringes upon the intellectual property of others, or violates the aforementioned Decree 15/2020/NĐ-CP, we possess the legal right and technical capability to permanently remove your content, log your IP address for security auditing, and forward the data to the appropriate legal authorities in Vietnam.

4. Precise Categories of Personal Data Collected

We collect data through direct user input and automated technical systems. The information we gather is categorized as follows:

4.1. Identity and Contact Data

When you comment on a Sata Pro article, you may use your Google profile, Blogger profile, or leave an anonymous comment. If you authenticate, we collect your display name, public profile URL, and the avatar image associated with your account. When you use our "Contact Us" form or request a customized template directly via email, we collect your email address, phone number (if provided voluntarily), and the specific contents of your message. We require this data specifically to reply to your technical support requests.

4.2. Technical and Device Data

Our server infrastructure automatically records your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, device screen resolution, and time zone setting. We capture the specific Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) you visit on our site, the duration of your visit, and the exact timestamps of your server requests.

4.3. Usage and Interaction Data

We log your interaction patterns. This includes tracking which template download buttons you click, the specific search queries you enter into our search bar, and your interaction with our custom tools, such as the "QR Payment Tool" or the "Footer HTML Generator."

5. The Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

Under the mandates of Law No. 91/2025/QH15, we must establish a clear legal basis for processing your data. We process your data based on your explicit consent, our legitimate interests in maintaining network security, and our necessity to fulfill service requests.

We use your Identity and Contact Data to authenticate you within our commenting system and to deliver the digital products (like the Fletro Pro or VTrick templates) you request. We rely on your Technical Data to optimize our website's responsive design. We need to know if the majority of our users are on mobile devices so we can adjust our CSS media queries accordingly.

Security is our primary justification for logging IP addresses and traffic patterns. We experienced a massive disruption during the global Cloudflare outage in November 2025. That event forced us to rethink our proxy configurations and DNS management. During the recovery phase, we analyzed our server logs extensively to distinguish legitimate user traffic from automated botnets attempting to exploit the downtime. We use your Technical Data to deploy rate-limiting algorithms, block malicious IP ranges, and prevent Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure.

6. Cookie Policy and Tracking Technologies

Sata Pro utilizes cookies, web beacons, and local storage protocols to facilitate seamless browsing. Because our platform is hosted on Google's Blogger infrastructure, Google places essential cookies on your device to manage session states and authenticate user logins.

  • Essential Operational Cookies: These are strictly necessary for the website to function. They allow the Blogger backend to identify your session and ensure that when you submit a comment, it successfully posts to the database. You cannot opt out of these cookies without breaking the core functionality of the site.
  • Preference and Local Storage: We use HTML5 LocalStorage for our custom tools. When you use our "Footer Code Generator," your inputs are temporarily stored in your browser's local storage to prevent data loss if you accidentally refresh the page. We do not transmit this local data to our servers.
  • Analytical Cookies: We integrate third-party analytics tools. These cookies assign a unique, anonymized identifier to your device to track page views, bounce rates, and user flow across our domain. This helps us understand which programming tutorials or template reviews are most valuable to our audience.

7. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We maintain strict boundaries regarding the dissemination of your personal data. We never sell your contact information to marketing agencies. We only share data with verified third-party infrastructure providers necessary for our operations.

Our website is hosted on Google servers. Consequently, Google processes your data in accordance with their own global privacy infrastructure. We utilize Cloudflare for DNS resolution, Content Delivery Network (CDN) caching, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) security. Traffic passing through our domain routes through Cloudflare's edge servers, meaning Cloudflare processes your IP address and request headers to filter out malicious traffic before it reaches our host.

We may embed YouTube videos, CodePen snippets, or specific APIs (like the VietQR API used in our QR Payment Tool). These third-party iframes and scripts act as independent data controllers. When you load a page containing these embeds, those specific platforms may collect your IP address and place their own cookies on your device. Their data processing activities are governed by their respective privacy policies.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies in Vietnam if legally compelled by a valid subpoena, court order, or official request operating under the framework of Decree 15/2020/NĐ-CP or Decree 147/2024/NĐ-CP.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

The digital nature of our infrastructure necessitates cross-border data routing. Although Sata Pro operates from Vietnam and specifically caters to the Vietnamese technology community, our primary hosting provider (Google) and our security layer (Cloudflare) maintain server networks globally. Your data, including your IP address and commenting profile, is routinely transferred, processed, and stored on servers located outside the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, primarily in the United States and Singapore.

We ensure that these cross-border transfers comply with the stringent requirements established by the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15. We only partner with enterprise-level entities that demonstrate verified compliance with international security standards (such as ISO/IEC 27001) and offer adequate data protection safeguards.

9. Data Retention Protocols

We retain your personal data only for the precise duration necessary to fulfill the specific purposes outlined in this policy, or as mandated by Vietnamese law.

Comments you post on Sata Pro remain publicly visible indefinitely to maintain the contextual integrity of the technical discussions. If you leave a comment asking for help with a CSS bug, the solution provided serves as documentation for future readers. Server access logs, which contain your IP address and technical data, are automatically rotated and purged every 90 days. We retain these logs purely for retrospective security analysis in the event of a cyberattack.

Data submitted through our direct contact forms is stored in our secure email servers for a maximum of 12 months. After this period, we permanently delete the correspondence unless an ongoing business relationship or technical project dictates otherwise.

10. Comprehensive User Rights

We fully recognize and enforce your sovereign rights over your personal information as established by the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15. You possess the following explicit rights regarding your data:

  • The Right to Access: You possess the absolute right to request a complete disclosure of all personal data we currently hold about you. You can demand to know exactly how we process it and with whom we share it.
  • The Right to Correction: If you discover that the data we hold—such as the email address associated with your newsletter subscription—is inaccurate or obsolete, you possess the right to mandate its immediate correction.
  • The Right to Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You maintain the right to demand the permanent erasure of your personal data from our active databases. If you wish to have your comments removed from a specific article, you must submit a formal request. We will execute the deletion process within 72 hours, barring any overriding legal obligations to retain the data.
  • The Right to Restrict Processing: You possess the right to block or suppress the further processing of your personal data. Under this condition, we are permitted to store your data but absolutely forbidden from utilizing it for analytical or operational purposes.
  • The Right to Object: You maintain the continuous right to object to the processing of your personal data if we rely on "legitimate interests" as our legal basis. If you object, we must immediately halt processing unless we can demonstrate compelling, legally sound grounds that override your specific rights.
  • The Right to Withdraw Consent: Where you have provided explicit consent for a specific processing activity, you possess the right to revoke that consent at any exact moment. Withdrawing your consent does not retroactively invalidate the legality of data processing that occurred prior to your withdrawal.
  • The Right to Claim Damages: Under Law No. 91/2025/QH15, you possess the explicit right to claim compensation for material and immaterial damages resulting from our failure to protect your personal data in accordance with the law.

To exercise any of these legally mandated rights, you must contact our administration team directly via the email provided in the Contact Information section. We require verified proof of identity before we execute any data modification or deletion requests to prevent unauthorized access.

11. Advanced Security Measures

We deploy robust cryptographic protocols to secure data transmission. The entire Sata Pro domain forces HTTPS connections utilizing TLS 1.3 encryption. This guarantees that any data traversing the network between your browser and our servers remains shielded from Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) interception.

We strictly enforce the principle of least privilege within our administrative backend. Only the primary administrators (Minh Hiếu and Anh Vũ) hold the cryptographic keys required to access the core database and comment moderation panels. We mandate multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all administrative accounts.

Despite deploying enterprise-grade security protocols, no digital transmission over the public internet can be mathematically guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide your personal data at your own calculated risk. In the event of a catastrophic system breach where unauthorized actors exfiltrate personal data, we will immediately initiate our incident response protocol. We will notify the affected users and the relevant Vietnamese cybersecurity authorities within the strict 72-hour window mandated by Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.

12. Children's Privacy Guidelines

Sata Pro provides advanced technical tutorials, source codes, and developer tools. Our content targets adult professionals, web developers, and IT students. We do not intentionally solicit, collect, or process personal data from children under the age of 16 without verifiable parental consent, aligning with specific provisions within Vietnamese data protection law.

If we discover that a user under the age of 16 has submitted personal data through our comment systems or contact forms without authorized parental consent, we will execute an immediate hard-delete protocol to purge that data from our servers.

13. Modifications to this Privacy Policy

The technology landscape and the legal environment evolve rapidly. We retain the unilateral right to amend, supplement, or completely rewrite this Privacy Policy at our discretion to maintain strict compliance with new directives, such as future amendments to Decree 134/2026/NĐ-CP or Law 91/2025/QH15. We will append the "Effective Date" at the top of this document whenever a modification occurs. Your continued usage of the Sata Pro platform following the publication of an updated policy constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Contact Information and Dispute Resolution

We demand total transparency in our operations. If you require clarification regarding a specific clause in this document, wish to exercise your data subject rights, or need to report a perceived violation of your privacy, you must contact our data administration team.

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Social Channels: Facebook (Hiền Nguyễn) | Instagram (callmepehin)
  • Designated Data Controller: Ngô Vi Minh Hiếu (Director, Sata Pro Software)

We commit to investigating and responding to all legitimate privacy inquiries within 15 business days. If our internal dispute resolution fails to address your grievances, you possess the right to escalate the matter to the specialized data protection authorities operating under the Ministry of Public Security in Vietnam.
